Sidhu yet to put pre-conditions, needs time to think: Kejriwal
New Delhi, Aug 19 (IBNS): Putting an end to rumours, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Friday that former cricketer and BJP lawmaker Navjot Singh Sidhu needs more time to think and is presently not joining the Delhi based Aam Aadmi Party.
"Wud Navjot Sidhu ji join AAP- lot of rumours? Its my duty to put forward our side. We have greatest greatest regard for this ckt legend," Kejriwal tweeted.
Kejriwal said that Sidhu has not put any pre-condition, but has urged his party members to respect the former cricketer's decision.
"He met me last week. Didn't put any pre-condition. He needs time to think. Lets respect that," Kejriwal's tweet read.
Referring to Sidhu as a good man, Kejriwal said that he will continue to respect the former cricketer, irrespective of his decision to align with AAP.
"He is a v gud human being n a ckt legend. My respect for him wud continue whether he joins or not," the AAP supremo added.
