Recent attack in Afghanistan planned inside Pakistan, says Afghan Vice President
Kabul, Sept 22 (IBNS): Taking a stand with India post the Uri attack in which 19 soldiers died, Afghanistan too blamed Pakistan for the recent strike in the country's capital, citing the latter to be the place where the plan for such acts were conceived.
Speaking at the UN General Assembly, Sarwar Danesh, Afghanistan's Vice President said that the leaders of insurgent groups are hiding in Pakistan, where they are planning the attacks, while training and sponsoring terrorist and terrorism respectively.
He also said that despite several requests to Pakistan to destroy safe havens, the country has paid no heed.
