Modi an old man, his Aachche Din film has flopped : Rahul Gandhi
Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, Mar 6 (IBNS) : Calling Narendra Modi an "old man", whose "film on Aachche din" has flopped, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Monday said the Samajwadi Party-Congress combine will form Government in Uttar Pradesh to work for the youth.
"We will form a Government of young people. Age has caught up with Modi. He has become buzurg (an old man). Age is showing telling upon him," he said while addressing an election rally in Jaunpur on the last day of campaign before the final phase of Uttar Pradesh elections.
"Modi's film of 'achhe din' has flopped. You will not be able to watch it anymore..."People are saying Modi did not fulfill his promises; they will vote for SP-Congress alliance," Gandhi said.
"The Prime Minister waived off loans of rich corporates, but there is no relief for the common man. Tell Modiji we have made up our mind and we will make SP-Congress alliance win in Uttar Pradesh."
Accusing the PM of taking credit for every good thing done, Gandhi said, "You work hard and Narendra Modi gives the benefit of your hardwork to 50 families of his choice. We will give you the benefits of your labour."
"Modi thinks that he does everything himself. The ISRO launched rocket into space, Modi says he did it.
He goes to America to meet (former US president) Barack Obama. Modi tells Sushma Swaraj to sit back home as you are not required there, I am going to America."
