Ex-Maharashtra Home Minister RR Patil dies in Mumbai
Mumbai, Feb 16 (IBNS): Former Maharashtra Home Minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader RR Patil died in Mumbai on Monday.
According to reports, he was suffering from advance stage of Oral Cancer.
He was on ventilator support in Lilavati Hospital of Mumbai.
Patil became Home Minister of Maharashtra for the second time after the 2009 Maharashtra assembly election victory of the Congress-NCP alliance.
He was also the former Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
