Congress party's app-based membership drive launched in Delhi
New Delhi, Mar 30 (IBNS): In a move to strengthen the party in Delhi, the Congress on Monday launched its online application -based membership drive.
Former Indian PM Manmohan Singh and his wife Gursharan Kaur launched the drive.
"Launching Android-App based @INCIndia membership drive- Enrolling Dr Manmohan Singh & his wife Gursharan ji in Delhi!," Delhi Congress leader Ajay Maken tweeted.
