The authenticity of the recordings is yet to be verified.
The PhD student has alleged that Thampu urged her to drop the sexual harassment complaint against the accused professor who was the college bursr.
The student also claims that Thampu said that he would ensure that her research is completed on time if she withdrew the charges. Thampu said that if she complained about the matter, it would attract media attention, she added.
