German Chancellor Angela Merkel will meet PM Narendra Modi today
New Delhi, Oct 5 (IBNS): German Chancellor Angela Merkel will meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday.
Merkel, who is visiting India from Oct 4 to 6 for the 3rd Indo-German Intergovernmental Consultations , arrived in Indiaon Sunday.
Welcoming her to India, Modi tweeted: "Namaste Chancellor Merkel! Warm welcome to you & the delegation. I look forward to fruitful discussions & strengthening India-Germany ties."
With the Chancellor's visit, India and Germany look toward deepening existing relations.
