INR 2100 cr fund collected by parties between 2004-15: ADR report
New Delhi, May 24 (IBNS) A whooping Rs 2100 crore was collected as funds by several political parties between 2004 and 2015, according to data analysed by Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), reports said.
The Samajwadi Party (SP) with a collection if Rs 186.8 crore, is way above the rest. They have spent Rs 96.54 crore from the amount.
Coming second is Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) with Rs 38.54 crore. The incumbent Delhi government has managed to spent Rs 22.66 crore of their total collected amount.
The SP, AAP, AIADMK, BJD and SAD together collected Rs 267.14, the Times of India quoted the ADR survey.
