Ind vs Aus: Smith wins toss, elects to bat first
Pune, Feb 23 (IBNS): Australian captain Steve Smith won the coin toss and opted to bat first in the first Test match against India, here on Thursday.
The visiting side, who will play four Test matches in the series against India, have made a cautious start.
Following an hour of play, the Australian openers have put on just the 35 runs.
David Warner is unbeaten on 20 runs, while his partner Matt Renshaw is batting on 15 runs.
