Bhubaneswar: BJP, BJD members collide during 12-hour strike
Bhubaneswar, Dec 22 (IBNS): Ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) members collided with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers in the Odisha capital, Bhubaneswar, on Thursday, reports said.
The incident took place during a dawn-to-dusk shutdown the city is observing.
The shutdown has been enforced by the BJP members who demanded a resignation of city's Mayor Ananta Narayan Jena.
The clash led to the destruction a KFC outlet in the city, The Economic Times reported.
