Appointment of Judges in the different High Courts
New Delhi, Apr 8 (IBNS) The Ministry of Law and Justice, on Friday, announced the appointment of judges in different High Courts of India-- Madras High Court and Rajasthan High Court.
According to the announcement, V. Bharathidasan, D. Krishnakumar, S. S. Sundar, M. V. Muralidaran, Ponnusamy Kalaiyarasan and B. Gokuldas, to be Judges of the Madras High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.
Ganga Ram Moolchandani, (Deepak Maheshwari, Vijay Kumar Vyas, Kailash Chandra Sharma, Goverdhan Bardhar, Pankaj Bhandari, and Dinesh Chandra Somani, have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Rajasthan High Court, in that order of seniority.
The appointment of Ganga Ram Moolchandani, Deepak Maheshwari, Vijay Kumar Vyas, Goverdhan Bardhar, Pankaj Bhandari, and Dinesh Chandra Somani, would be for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices. However, the period of appointment of Kailash Chandra Sharma would be with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office till Dec 31, 2017.
